The Middleware Group was formed to provide middleware services, products and niche capability to the New Zealand and Australian market place. It is made up of three wholly owned subsidiaries;
- Middleware New Zealand, a solution based consultancy services company founded on passion, expertise, quality, independence and trust.
- Glueware, a Middleware product company providing boutique middleware tools focused on accelerating industry innovation
- The Black Belts, a placement company that sources and provides specialist middleware and programme capability to the New Zealand market.
