Flexibility Lead

Siobhan is the Electricity Authority's Flexibility lead. She has a background in solar research and experience across the Australian and New Zealand energy sectors. She has worked in energy research, policy, and regulation roles with the University of Melbourne, Victorian Government, AGL Energy, and the Commerce Commission. Siobhan is currently designing a cross‑cutting flexibility and non‑traditional solutions programme that spans the Authority’s work across networks, retail, wholesale, and system settings.
