Renée is the Sustainability & Energy Manager at Dominion Salt where she leads projects and strategies that support the company’s energy transition, improve resource efficiency, reduce emissions, and strengthen environmental management. She has experience across both consulting and industry, working in environmental and sustainability roles that have shaped a practical understanding of how organisations can improve performance and reduce impact.
Renée holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering and a Master’s in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science, and is passionate about place-based approaches that balance environmental outcomes with business performance and community wellbeing.
