Jessica has more than a decade of experience building technology companies in the energy sector. Her work has focused on designing customer-centric energy products, and identifying and accelerating opportunities created by the sector’s ongoing transformation across New Zealand, Australia, and Europe.
Now, as the CEO and Co-founder of Factor, she works with utilities in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK to modernise pricing and improve operational efficiency as the sector becomes more data-driven and dynamic. Factor’s platform reflects Jessica’s long-standing focus on helping energy companies respond to shifting customer needs, increasing market complexity, and the practical opportunities emerging in a cleaner, smarter energy system.
