Brittany has held various roles within government, and served as Private Secretary to the Associate Minister of Housing. She has led development of legislative policy, system policy, and system strategy.
At Good Shepherd, Brittany focuses on social policy related to women and girls experiencing hardship in Aotearoa, and what works to reduce harm. She helps raise awareness of issues, advocate for system change, and hone services for impact. Brittany’s passion for social issues shines through in her work and conversations. She fosters strong relationships and unites stakeholders around shared vision, helping to make important shifts that flow from systems into people’s everyday lives.
