She brings decades of experience in journalism and communications, with a strong focus on sustainability and climate issues. Before joining Energy News in 2024, Adelia spent nearly 13 years as publisher and editor of Carbon News, a national daily publication dedicated to carbon markets and sustainable business. Her career includes roles as Senior Press Secretary for the New Zealand Government, climate advocate for Forest & Bird, and journalist for outlets such as Radio New Zealand and the New Zealand Herald. Adelia is known for her deep expertise in energy, climate policy, and environmental reporting, and holds a degree from Massey University.
