Jessica Venning-Bryan is the CEO and Co-founder of Factor – a forecasting and pricing toolkit designed to help utilities thrive through the energy transition.
With over a decade of experience building technology companies in the energy sector, Jessica is passionate about creating a participatory energy economy – one she believes is essential to achieving a just, clean and abundant energy future.
Beyond energy, Jessica is deeply committed to digital and financial inclusion. She has served on the Boards of the National Council of Women, PledgeMe, and currently sits on the API Council (Payments NZ). She is also a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
