Over 400 delegates will be attending next week's 3 day event.
Day one begins on Monday 6th March with the Battery-On-Grid Masterclass covering latest information on the progress and potential of battery storage in New Zealand (a few spaces still available to book). This is followed by the Network Managers' Forum sponsored by Nexans, which is an invite-only event for network staff involved with managing, designing, operating and building New Zealand’s transmission and distribution systems.
The main Downstream Strategic Summit opens on day two, Tuesday 7th March, with an address from the newly appointed Minister of Energy and Resources, Hon Judith Collins. This is followed by the hugely anticipated Leaders' Panel with Alison Andrew (Transpower), Sheridan Broadbent (Counties Power), Vince Hawksworth (Trustpower), Ken Sutherland (Unison), John Harbord (MEUG), and Fraser Whineray (Mercury). We then have two full days of insight and opinion on the biggest opportunities and challenges for the downstream energy sector including competition, customer landscape, energy technology, politics, climate change, gas and future generation.
The Downstream Gala Dinner sponsored by SAS is held on the evening of day one of the Strategic Summit and is a must attend for everyone wishing to connect with sector leaders and enjoy a great night of food and entertainment.
The Downstream expo is full, providing an excellent opportunity for the more than 400 delegates to catch up with leading organisations and individuals working in the sector.
Thanks to all our sponsors, the stage is set, we'll see you next week.
